"A Sound In the Forest"                                                

   As a kid growing up in Alaska, I was taught to respect nature and it's inhabitants, and to tread lightly in the forest. I remember being so far deep in the wilderness that animals had no fear of of you and would come up to to eat from your hand. I know that silence can actually ring  because i have heard it. If there  is a sound in the forest, all animals hear it.
